An insider told PEOPLE that Kardashian is essentially doing the heavy lifting when it comes to parenting, describing her as “pretty much a single mom.”
Despite having a support system in place, including nannies and assistants, balancing her busy career with motherhood is no easy task for Kardashian. “Although she has help, it’s still a lot of work for her to balance and coordinate everything,” the source revealed.
