Makhadzi, a renowned South African musician, performed at the Manicaland Motoring Club in Zimbabwe for a night of music and festivities. However, the evening took a turn for the worse when violence arose from the crowd, bottles were thrown onto the stage, causing an interruption in Makhadzi’s performance, ultimately leading her to cut her set short.

Confusion and panic swept through the crowd when bottles were hurled towards the stage. People scrambled to avoid getting hit by unexpected projectiles.
Makhadzi’s performance had been electrifying, with her fusion of traditional and modern African music captivating the audience, who were on their feet, dancing and singing along, the joyous atmosphere was replaced with fear in a short time.
