Makhadzi show turn into violence


Makhadzi, a renowned South African musician, performed at the Manicaland Motoring Club in Zimbabwe for a night of music and festivities. However, the evening took a turn for the worse when violence arose from the crowd, bottles were thrown onto the stage, causing an interruption in Makhadzi's performance, ultimately leading her to cut her set short.

Many questions remain unanswered. The scene was described as chaotic by eyewitnesses. 

Confusion and panic swept through the crowd when bottles were hurled towards the stage. People scrambled to avoid getting hit by unexpected projectiles.

Makhadzi's performance had been electrifying, with her fusion of traditional and modern African music captivating the audience, who were on their feet, dancing and singing along, the joyous atmosphere was replaced with fear in a short time.

Makhadzi had no other option but to end her performance to ensure the safety of herself and her band.

Thanks to DJ Fantan, who urged the audience to remain calm and respectful towards the performers. Lately, Event organizers took control of the situation, ensuring everyone's safety.
